MISSING | Have you seen 14-year-old Lexi who is missing from Gateshead?

Lexi was first reported missing from the Leam Lane Estate area on Monday, however she has made contact over the phone with family members on a handful of occasions since.

Initial enquiries showed that she had travelled to the Durham area however it is now believed she has then returned to the Elswick area of Newcastle around 8pm last night. đź“Ť

However, Lexi has still not returned home – and her family and our officers are growing increasingly concerned for her welfare.

Lexi is described as a white teenage girl, around 5ft 6ins tall, of slim build, with long dark brown hair.

She has links across Gateshead and is also known to regularly frequent Newcastle city centre and the Wallsend area of North Tyneside.

If you've seen Lexi, or you can help us find her, please get in touch with us by sending us a DM, quoting: NP-20260921-0362. đź“Ą
